How to Return
You may begin by contacting us – email info@emilia-melbourne.com to request a return form and receive the return address. Then please proceed with packing your Item – make sure to use the original packaging or at least similar to prevent damage
We will provide you with a return address where you can send the prepared package. Please remember that you will pay for return shipping costs..
After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund (or exchange for that matter).
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible. Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the 30 day return period.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days after we receive your return.
