Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible.

How to Return

1. Contact Us – Email info@emilia-melbourne.com to request a return form and receive the return address.
2. Pack Your Item – Use the original packaging or similar to prevent damage.
3. Ship It Back – Send the package to the provided address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
4. Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 days after we receive your return.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? No problem! Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
• If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return it instead.

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, email info@emilia-melbourne.com with your order details and a photo of the issue—we’ll fix it ASAP!

Changed Your Mind?

You can still return your item within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in perfect condition.
